Are Hero Bags available for wholesale purchase?
Yes. Hero Bags are available for wholesale to the retail trade. Please contact Susanne Maddux at susanne<@>herobags.com or 415-641-4135 for wholesale ordering information.

Do you offer custom Hero Bags for wineries, museums or events?
Yes. We are happy to work with select companies on custom solutions of several of our bags in large quantities. Please contact us for more information.

Do you work with school's fund raising event?
Yes. Hero Bags loves to help out schools! We are happy to sell our popular lunch bags in quantity at a discount to raise funds for your school. Please contact us for further information.

How soon will my order be shipped out?
All orders will be shipped to you within 2 business days once payment is cleared via our secure Yahoo merchant server and PayPal shopping cart. Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address given at time of payment and shipment.

Can I order Internationally?
Sure thing. Your order will be shipped out via US postal International. Please note that International orders may be subject to any import duty at the receiving end.

How do I care for my bag?
Our quality cotton bags are well made and will withstand years of use. We suggest spot cleaning with mild soap or machine washing in cold water. Line drying is recommended. Organic cotton is not treated with chemicals and will shrink when washed for the first time. Our lunch bags are designed to shrink a bit so relax.

Where are Hero Bags made?
We take pride in the fact that all Hero Bags are grown & sewn in the USA. All of our bags are made out of American grown and processed cotton and manufactured right here in the USA by fair labor workers in a fair labor certified factory.

What is your return policy?
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from HEROBAGS.COM But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return unused and non-sale merchandise for a full refund (less shipping costs).

To make a return or exchange, please complete and return a duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us at returns<@>herobags.com to obtain a return authorization number and mailing address. Merchandise will not be accepted for return unless original packing slip or authorization number is included with merchandise.
